The Department of Communities (Communities) is seeking to procure a Safe at Home Program for Albany, servicing the geographical area within approximately a one-hour radius of Albany. The aim of Safe at Home is to provide support for women, with or without accompanying children, who are experiencing family and domestic violence to stay in their home or a home of their choice, when it is safe to do so.
