Description
Aerospace Division (AD) of Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) is trying to fill the Australian capability gap by obtaining an intermediate sized thermal vacuum chamber (TVAC) with included capabilities for simultaneous atomic oxygen (AO) fluence and ultraviolet (UV) testing and the ability to perform electric propulsion tests. The facility will also be used to perform standard outgassing, and thermal bakeout tests. Associated training in facility operation and maintenance and assistance with installation will also be required.
