Lift and Escalator Service and Maintenance plus Modernisation Works

This tender consists of three (3) lift and escalator scopes of work:

1. Lift and Escalator Service and Maintenance (107 units);

2. Lift and Escalator Modernisation Works (Generic); and

3. Lift Modernisation Works at Eagle Junction, Toombul, Petrie and Ipswich Stations (8 units).

The services are to be performed across South East Queensland, with the service and maintenance and generic modernisation works contracts for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) additional extension options for a potential nine (9) year total term.

A practical completion date will be negotiated with the successful tenderer for the Lift Modernisation Works at Eagle Junction, Toombul, Petrie and Ipswich Stations.
