Description
Develop a masterplan for Cowes Wastewater Treatment Plant with a 25-year outlook.
The development and completion of a 25-year Master Plan for the Cowes Wastewater Treatment Plant (CWWTP), including a plant inflow assessment for short term 2023-28 and long term until 2048, review of existing treatment plant process and structural capacity to meet EPA license condition for normal operation and wet weather flows, and provide recommendations on upgrade options to meet the increased inflows and a discharge water balance including assessment of ocean discharge, storage and irrigation capacity. Further detail is provided in Appendix A – Brief.
A voluntary site inspection at the Cowes Wastewater Treatment Plant is available on 9 November 2022 at 10:00 AM.
