LMW CN0519 Panel Cont: Planning & Infrastructure Services Consulting Serv

1. Scope

To engage a consultant or a Panel of consultants to provide professional services to assist with the planning and delivery of Infrastructure Services for a three-year period from 1 August 2023 to 30 June 2026. Based on performance against key performance indicators the consultancy can be extended up to two, 1-year terms to 30 June 2028. Only the consultant / consultants successful with the first-year extension will be considered for opportunity for a second-year extension at LMW’s discretion.

The scope of the consultancy includes but not limited to the following:

1. Provision of engineering/technical expertise in planning, design and development of capital works associated water supply, sewerage, irrigation, and drainage services.
2. Provision of engineering/technical expertise in planning, design and development of works related to Control Systems and Information Technology (IT)
3. Development of long- and short-term strategies and master plans.
4. Project management service including preparation of tender documents and technical specifications, facilitation of tendering, overseeing delivery of works, ensuring quality of works delivered and reporting.
5. Assistance to engage with the stakeholders including customers and communities as required.
6. Knowledge transfer via a partnership approach
