Description
The Department of Human Services, Youth Justice Services, is seeking to secure a non-government provider for the delivery of the Community Service Order (CSO) Program that will suport a range of partnerships, programs and work activites for clients.
The CSO Program intends to offer rehabilitaiton, and the guidance necessary for young people's development into responsible and valuable members of the community with the proper realisation of their potential. It is also intended to provide opportunities for youths to contribute to positive community and/or personal outcomes, build positive social relationships, learn new skills, and develop social resposibility.
The funding amount is $676,603 (GST inclusive) for the initial two-year contract term. Please note that as the contract is expected to commence in January 2021, that funding in the year 2020/21 will be provided on a pro rata basis. Indexation will also be applicable for 2021/22 and 2022/23.
There is a possibility of extension for a further two-year term at DHS's discretion and subject to funding availability.
Tenderers wil need to provide a budget over the contract term, and if successful, will be expected to comply with the budget that they provide.
