Description

This project has the following requirements for Council:

  • Contractor to undertake GPT cleaning and transportation of all liquid and solid waste only.
  • Council currently has 113 GPTs with more to be included under contract as they are commissioned.
  • All works undertaken shall include provisions for traffic control in accordance to Australian Standard 1742.3.
  • Several GPTs involve confined space access. Contractor shall have procedures, control measures and precautions appropriate for the safe entry &/or execution of work in this confined space have been implemented and the persons required to work in the confined space have been advised of and understand the requirements of the Risk Assessment & Entry Permit.
