The Department of Training and Workforce Development (the Contract Authority / the Customer) seeks the provision of catering services for its Muresk Institute (Muresk) campus, located near Northam.
The Contract Authority seeks to establish a panel of contractors to provide catering services, as and when required, throughout the calendar year across two categories;
• private functions, conferences and seminars; and
• accommodation.
Muresk is located 15km outside of Northam off Spencers Brook Road. At full capacity Muresk has 160 beds, in 16 separate unit settlements and halls. 6 of the units have self-catering facilities. Muresk Conference Centre can hold 120 people for functions and seminars during the day, classrooms and space are available for hire at various locations around the campus. It is uncommon to operate at capacity however groups on site of 40-60 at a time is not uncommon. Business varies over the seasons and at present, catering services are required on an as needed basis.
