Panel Contract for the Provision of Graphic Design Services

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks specialist graphic design contractors to work on a range of design and signage projects over the next five years. The PTA is progressively upgrading its public facilities and will utilise these services on an ad hoc basis for a range of different projects over this period.

Due to the high volume of design work to be carried out, as well as the wide variety of locations, the PTA seeks to set up a panel arrangement whereby successful tenderers’ companies will be used to provide the services to a variety of public transport infrastructure settings.

PTA requires the services of design contractors to work on a wide range of projects over the Contract term. It is intended that contractors in the Panel will be issued with logical batches of design requirements or infrastructure settings in order to maximise efficiency. The level of work issued is not guaranteed by the PTA but is likely to be approximately 2,100 hours in the first contract year.
