Main Roads WA
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Main Roads WA is seeking tenders from suitably experienced cleaning companies to undertake the cleaning services and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Main Roads WA.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Jasmine Earnshaw on 9323 4319 or by emailing [email hidden] no later than 4.00pm Tuesday 30 May 2013.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 8.00am Friday 3 May 2013 at the Don Aitken Centre, Waterloo Crescent, East Perth, 6004. Please sign in at Reception and ask for Jasmine Earnshaw.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 16 May 2013.
