The Customer is seeking offers for the provision of the Central and Sterile Services Departments (CSSD) to have Water Testing (Sampling) undertaken to ensure compliance against the Australian Standard AS4187 (Processing of reusable medical devices in health service organisations). The CSSDs are located at Hedland Health Campus and Karratha Health Campus as described in this Request.
