Description
The WA Police Force is seeking an ITIL compliant enterprise commercial off the shelf ITSM Platform solution to replace the existing ITSM toolset (SM9) and associated professional services.
Phase 1 of the implementation of the ITMS Platform solution must accommodate service management across all existing business purposes for which SM9 is deployed:
- ICT Service Desk;
- Business Applications Service Desk;
- Radio and Electronic Services (RES) Work Orders and Request Fulfillments;
- State Communications RES Work Orders and internally raised Work Orders; and
- Learning Technologies Learning Management and training Help Desk.
