Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Education (South) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Lift landing and car door drive replacement at Don Aitken Centre.
Scope of Works
The Work includes but is not limited to is to now remove and replace the landing door and car door mechanisms to provide a smooth and quieter door opening and closing system to meet current day expectations.
This includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of:
- Wittur AMDD2/R2 heavy duty lift landing door hangers, tracks and door locking systems.
- Wittur AMD D2 high performance lift car door drive systems with microprocessor based VVVF drives and controls.
