Tourism Tasmania seeks to select and deploy a suitable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Workbench to satisfy its requirements and is inviting proposals from suitable organisations to expedite this process. It is envisaged that proponents will be specialist vendors with specific software and expertise, however, prospective business partners active in complementary domestic or international markets are also encouraged to respond. Prospective vendors are required to provide the following infrastructure: An effective CRM Workbench (software applications); Required databases and operating systems; Hardware and associated technology suitable for the CRM workbench; Business analysis and solution design; Installation and implementation; Testing and training; Maintenance and support; and Meet agreed service levels
