Temporary Personnel - Workers Compensation Support Officer

Support officer required to assist with injury management / workers compensation. Submission of worker?s compensation claims as prescribed by the workers compensation and injury management legislation, including rate of pay calculation.Maintains and monitor worker?s compensation and rehabilitation records.Liaises with key stakeholders regarding claim progress, claim related queries and injury management process. Assists the injury management coordinator with return-to-work programs for injured employees.Claims management of low-risk claims within the prescribed legislative period and according to PTA approved procedure and process.Assists the injury management coordinator with the development and implementation of workers compensation and rehabilitation management system to ensure effective and efficient management of claims
