Description

Introduction and Background

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) has a large quantity of low voltage (LV) power supply assets that supply power to numerous sites (primary and secondary power to signalling, train control, traction power and communications systems) across the metropolitan rail network. These assets are of critical infrastructure and require maintenance, replacement and upgrades to enable safe, efficient and sustainable rail passenger transport services.

Additionally, LV power assets also supply power to emergency backup, response and control systems such as alarms, standalone equipment rooms (SER), CCTV equipment, uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, and other essential, critical and non-critical installations.

The PTA intends to establish a panel contract for the below Services:

Supply, install, testing and commissioning services (including technical support)

Group 2

Maintenance Services

Tenderers may apply for either or both groups. PTA intends to appoint 2-3 panel members to Group 1 and 1-2 panel members for Group 2.
