Request for Tender for Property Management Services

The Australian Government announced on 9 May 2014 that DIBP and ACBPS will be consolidated into a single Department of Immigration and Border Protection, effective from 1 July 2015 (Department).
As a result of this announcement, ACBPS and DIBP will now cooperatively procure certain services for the Department by approaching the market together.
DIBP and ACBPS seek to engage a suitably qualified organisation to provide property management services. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a range of Core Services, and may be required to provide some Non-Exclusive Services on request.
The successful Tenderer will have primary responsibility for the Department’s domestic property portfolio. The successful Tenderer may be required to provide support to the Department’s internal property team or other service providers in relation to the Department’s overseas property portfolio, domestic residential estate and/or detention centres.
