Description

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Performance Management Solution Prototype.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) seeks to conduct a prototype activity running for approximately 3 months from approximately January 2018 to April 2018. The prototype activity will test a new Strategic Corporate Performance Management (SCPM) system. The SCPM will need to manage an array of Service Delivery measures and reports that TMR are legislatively required to report on, as well as Internal measures and reports that are used for commercial and strategic purposes. The system will focus on ensuring information that is collected is:
• Accessible by Senior Leaders and Managers (e.g. through performance dashboards)
• Controlled and managed via workflows (e.g. multi-tiered approvals)
• Analysed and updated for consumption by a various audience types (e.g. Ministers, General Managers, operational teams and so on…)
• Traceable and connected from strategic imperatives to operational measures
While the initial activity will result in a prototype, TMR is hopeful that if the right solution is found an opportunity will exist for an ongoing relationship.
