Grounds Maintenance Services

The opportunity is for a preferred supplier to provide QUT Grounds Maintenance Services (lawns and gardens) as set out in Part 2 – Business Requirement. Service is required across 5 sites being in Brisbane and near city locations.

The proposed term of the agreement shall be for an initial period of three (3) years commencing January 2023, with three (3) x one (1) year extension options.

Supplier Briefing will be held via MS Teams at 1pm, Monday 15 August, 2022 via the QUT Grounds Maintenance - supplier briefing link in the attached RFO invitation document - Part 1-Request for Off_Grounds Maintenance.

Attendance at the Supplier Briefing is not considered compulsory

Site visits will also be held from 16 to 18 August to allow suppliers to familiarise themselves with QUT grounds. Refer Part 1 – Request for Offer for detail.

Attendance at these site visits is considered compulsory
