The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (the Customer) requires the provision of cleaning services for its multi building complex located at 37 Harris Street, Carlisle (the Premises), which provides office and business support services to Government, the resources sector and the public generally.
The Premises consists of several single storey operational support buildings across the complex.
The Premises houses approximately thirty (30) staff.
