Provision of Property and Leasing Services

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for Property and Leasing Services with suitable Respondents to undertake property and leasing activities or projects of a complex, major and sensitive nature as required. The Panel arrangement will provide a suite of appropriately prequalified, skilled and experienced property and leasing professionals to undertake any property and leasing activities initiated by CAHS for Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH), Community Health (CH) and/ or Mental Health (MH) services. This includes, but is not limited to, a portfolio of CAHS owned and leased land, building, facilities, sites, retail, café, hospital, clinics or any infrastructure occupying space within the Perth metropolitan area of Western Australia.
