The successful consultant is expected to provide advice in relation to the regulatory framework on:
·Issues impeding current organ and tissue donation and transplantation rates, and how these may be addressed;
·The need for common legislative/administrative guidelines;
·The form of such guidelines (if any) including the review and update of guidelines;
·The methods of review and reporting, including the form and frequency of such methods; and
·The need and/or form of inspection and monitoring compliance.
