Provision of valuation and estimation services

The Department is seeking the provision of valuation and estimation services.

There are three (3) major categories of products and services required:

(a)Valuation Services;

(b)Estimation Services; and

(c)Indexation Product.

The Department intends:

(a)to select one (1), two (2) or three (3) successful Tenderers as a result of this RFT process;

(b)to select no more than one (1) successful Tenderer for each Category; and

(c)that the Requirement will be provided by the successful Tenderer/s, in accordance with the terms and conditions appearing in the Draft Contract (set out in Schedule 4 (Draft Contract)).

The Department’s preference is to select one (1) successful Tenderer but will select two (2) or three (3) Tenderers if it represents better value for money to do so.
