Description

PIRSA requires the provision of a Detailed Business Case in order for the South Australian Government’s consideration of the delivery of recycled (reclaimed) water (from SA Water’s Bolivar Waste Water treatment plant) to meet industry demand in the Barossa and Eden Valleys. The New Water Infrastructure to the Barossa (Barossa New Water - BNW) Project is being led by PIRSA, in collaboration with the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), SA Water, and Infrastructure SA (ISA).

The Detailed Business Case is to build on a Preliminary Business Case commissioned by PIRSA and subsequent work undertaken in relation to the project, including initial market sounding, and regional and stakeholder consultation.

PIRSA invites submissions from suitably qualified and capable suppliers and consortiums for the provision of a Detailed Business Case.

Note: An Industry Briefing Session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams as part of the tender process.
