Description
Offerors are invited to tender for the modernisation of Lift No.2 from a hydraulic to machine room-less lift at the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts (JWCoCA), 420 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. Additional maintenance services for an initial period of 3yrs with option to extend of 1yr+1yr following the DLP of the modernisation works will be required and contracted separately.
IMPORTANT: A Mandatory Industry Briefing is being held as detailed below. Offerors who do not attend this mandatory Industry Briefing will not be eligible to submit an Offer. Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives from each potential offeror.
