Provision of Cleaning Services for Public Amenities in Daintree National Park

The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS), a branch of the Department of Resource Management (DERM), is calling for Offers to supply contract cleaning services for seven (7) public amenities within the Cape Tribulation and Mossman Sections of Daintree National Park.

The purpose of this Offer is to ensure the various QPWS public amenities located within the Cape Tribulation Section and Mossman Gorge Section of Daintree National Park are clean and hygienic for general public use. Cleaning must be carried out daily in the Mossman section. In the Cape Tribulation section cleaning is to be carried out daily during the peak tourist season (from Good Friday to 31 October) and every second day for the remainder of the year.
The term of the Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months, with options to extend for a further two x twelve (12) month periods, based on contractor performance and the Department’s need for this arrangement.
