Description
A Category C Community Recovery Package will address the significant psychological distress and community disruption caused by TC Marcia. A package consisting of two complementary components is proposed to help restore social networks and community functioning. Individual support will promote sustained mental health and wellbeing with a community development approach encouraging positive social networks and connections to help the community recover emotionally and economically from the impacts of the disaster.
