West Moreton Health is seeking Proposals for the One-off purchase for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a Reverse Osmosis Unit and Water Pre-Treatment System required for use in the Central Sterilising Department (CSD) at the Ipswich Hospital.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Permits or fees by any governing body.
• Preparation and implementation of project JSEA’s and SWMS.
• Attendance at site inductions.
• Equipment supply as per specifications, BOMs and drawings.
• Installation of supplied equipment.
• All valves, elbows, tees and unions as required by the scope of works, drawings and BOM’s.
• All pipework supports and brackets as required for pipe installation.
• All chemical anchors as required for equipment installation.
• Procurement and delivery of equipment to site.
• Testing as per specification of all pipework installed.
• Provision of own first aid supplies.
• All travel to and from site for the duration of works.
• Pipe identification signage or labelling.
