RFT0253 - 2020-2021 Water Meter Replacement Program

Gympie Regional Council seeks to engage a Contractor to provide water meter replacement services in accordance with the mandatory criteria and technical specification as detailed within this Invitation to Tender.
This Invitation to Tender includes Separable Portions for the following water meter replacement services:
 Separable Portion A Water Meter Site Audit and Cyble Replacement Activities;
 Separable Portion B Water Meter Rectification and Replacement Activities;
 Separable Portion C Water Meter On-site Testing Activities; and
 Separable Portion D Water Meter Equipment Supply and Delivery.
Respondents are invited to submit Tenders for one or more of the above Separable Portions.

Tenderers must be registered with the VendorPanel site to be able to download documents, request information and submit a Tender.

Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on 24 February 2021. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.
