Starlink Mobile Satellite Supply and Installation CUATEL2021

This procurement aims to equip the Department of Communities (Communities) 32 Fleet vehicles with Starlink High performance Satellites, to enhance safety and communication for front line service delivery workers across Child Protection, Housing Service Delivery and Emergency Relief. This technological solution is intended to mitigate risks associated with workplace violence and aggression (WVA), lone or isolated workers undertaking Metro, regional and/or remote travel. This procurement is for 32 Starlink Systems with an independent power source, including installation onto 32 4WD vehicles (15 Toyota Prados;8 Toyota Fortuners; 7 Isuzu MU-Xs; and 2 Ford Rangers). Communities is seeking options for the provision of : (a) Starlink Devices, and independent power supply and installation costs for products as detailed in Appendix A; (b) Volume discounts for products and services listed in Appendix A; (c) Any additional Offers or benefits the Contractor may offer if all requirements are Awarded to a single Contractor; and (d) Communities reserves the right to select: (i) a Sole Supplier for the entire Contract; or (ii) Sole Suppliers against particular items. Should Communities select either (i) or (ii) above the prices quoted line by line in the price schedule for the supply of the required items must remain firm.
