The Customer seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced land valuer who is licensed under the Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978 of Western Australia to value properties (mainly residential) situated in the Perth metropolitan area (defined as within a 75 km radius of from the GPO Perth and in this instance to include Mandurah) under the control of the Customer. in its various capacities.
