Salary Packaging Services

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is seeking to engage a service provider to supply an administration service for salary packaging for all employees, which reduces TZV's administrative overhead.

The service provider will administer the salary packaging program on behalf of all TZV employees including sourcing motor vehicles, finance and fuel cards where applicable. TZV is seeking a service that offers employees choice, flexibility and delivers the best possible financial outcome / most efficient service available - taking into account that TZV is now a recognised Emergency Services Organisation following the establishment of Triple Zero Victoria in 2023.

The service provider will act as agent for TZV entering into novated leases agreements and other documentation as determined from time to time. TZV will retain all funds relating to its fringe benefit tax liability and the service provider will be responsible for all other aspects related to the administration of the salary packaging program.

It is expected the service provider will offer an online administration system which will record and report to each participating employee all financial transactions in respect of salary packaging. This system will be backed up by service responsiveness and latest technology which supports TZV's workforce.
