Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is a statutory body whose role is to oversee all harness racing activity in Victoria.
Our mission is to deliver the most sought-after and accessible harness racing that produces financial
sustainability, ensures clubs are the heart of their communities and provides equal opportunities for all

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contract auditor
to conduct a financial audit of harness racing clubs in Victoria (please refer to the list within this document for
individual entity names) for a term of 3 years, commencing 1 July 2022.
