Provision of Gardening Service at the Department of Mines and Petroleum Kalgoorlie Retender

This Contract is to provide a weekly maintenance program to ensure the grounds of the Department of Mines and Petroleum Kalgoorlie are maintained at a high standard. this will include:

• Removing dirt, leaves and rubbish from all entrances. Car parks and surrounding grounds are to be maintained and kept free of weeds and rubbish with weed spraying as required. All rubbish is to be removed from site.
• All gardens and garden beds are to be maintained and weed free at all times. Plants are to be replaced as required to maintain a "looked after" garden environment at all times.
• Maintain and carry out routine maintenance checks on the site reticulation system to ensure all plants receive adequate water. Replace reticulation parts as required.
• Trim/prune plants and surrounding tress as required and fertilise as necessary.
• Price is to be include labour, fertiliser and weed poison.
