Description

The Fuel Jetty is located at Thomson Bay, Rottnest Island in proximity of the Main Jetty and is a critical piece of the maritime infrastructure owned and managed by the Rottnest Island Authority

The Works includes the demolition of the superstructure of the existing Fuel Jetty at Thomson Bay, Rottnest Island, and the design and construction of the replacement superstructure with improvements in conformity with the requirements set out in the RFT Documents, including the document RIA-PROJ-SOW-Z-2510-C24-19175-0001 Scope of Work.

The conforming works include the reuse insofar as possible of the existing piles with the design and installation of additional new piles whereas the alternative works include the removal of all the existing piles and the design and installation of new piles.
