Description
The Department of Economic Development requires an independent auditor to undertake internal audit functions for the period 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2010. The internal audit function will assist the department to maintain control over all its risks and activities, ensure that strategic risks are being assessed, monitored and mitigated, and that the department's activities are being carried out effectively and efficiently. It will also assist management and the Tasmanian Development Board with the discharge of their duties.
