Description
SA Water Corporation invites tenders from potential suppliers for the provision of Account Printing Services.
SA Water has an ongoing operational requirement for the production and distribution of approximately 2.5 million pre-printed accounts to our customers each year. These accounts include water and sewer rate accounts, water and sewer final notices, mains contribution accounts and mains contribution final notices.
SA Water has a renewed focus on moving to electronic billing and volumes of printed accounts are expected to diminish over the course of this contract. Current take up of electronic bills is at 30% with estimated increases of 5% annually.
