Description

From time to time, the Agency requires suppliers who can provide it with various recruitment and related services. The Agency currently uses two main methods for sourcing the labour it requires:

• direct sourcing Agency employees using the Agency’s internal recruitment team;

• engaging recruitment service providers through panel arrangements managed by other Government entities.

The Agency is now seeking to optimise its processes for obtaining the Services through establishing a panel of recruitment service providers. The Panel will be accessible to all Government Agencies.

The purpose of this Invitation is to seek Offers from Tenderers who possess the capabilities, capacity and experience to provide the Services as described in this RFT to the Agency.

At the conclusion of this RFT Process, it is anticipated that a panel for Recruitment Services (Panel) will be established. The Panel will be established for a period of 3 years with the option of two 12 month extensions. Tenderers should note that the Agency does not intend to reopen the Panel during its term
