The Panel will consist of a range of experts to provide advice and services for the following categories:
• Architectural (Consultant) Services (fit-out and design)
• Cost Planning (Consultant Quantity Surveyor) Services (cost estimation and surveying)
• Building Services Consultant (including Mechanical Engineering)
The successful tenderers are requested to provide professional advice and services on some or all of the following categories:
Category 1: Architectural (Consultant) Services (fit-out and design)
Category 2: Cost Planning (Consultant Quantity Surveyor) Services (cost estimation and surveying)
Category 3: Building Services Consultant (including Mechanical Engineering)
