Description
The objective of this procurement is to Assist the Department in implementing a programme that is grounded in contemporary research for validated quality indicators in aged care and other comparable settings.
The Department will require the successful Tenderer to work with Government to implement a national quality indicator programme that comprises a set of evidence based quality indicators that are reliable and valid and supported by a feasible and reliable data collection methods.
Services required for this procurement include, but are not limited to piloting an initial set of clinical care QIs for residential aged care, commencing research and development of a consumer experience measure and the subsequent pilot of this and other QIs for both residential and home aged care services.
