Community development training workshops in metropolitan Perth

This request seeks the services of a Respondent to design and deliver three (3) workshops in 2017 to local governments in metropolitan Perth.

The two-day workshops will be delivered to local government CEOs and deputy CEOs, elected members, community development officers and other local government staff involved in community programs. While the focus of the training workshops is building the capacity of local governments, the participation of relevant community services organisations is encouraged.

The workshops will increase the knowledge and skills in community development and directly build their capacity to plan and deliver services to their communities. It is anticipated that each workshop will attract approximately 40 participants.

In their submission, the Respondent should provide details of the proposed course content, teaching techniques and adult learning strategies to be employed.
