Toowoomba Housing Hub

The department has issued Addendum 3: Questionnaire. Suppliers are requested to complete and submit the Questionnaire with their offer.

The Department of Housing in partnership with the local housing and homelessness sector, established the Toowoomba Housing Hub (the Hub) in 2018. The Hub brings together a range of community and government human service providers in one location to deliver coordinated, person-centred housing and support services to enable people to obtain and sustain appropriate housing.

The department has issued this ITO with the objectives of procuring a supplier to deliver services from the Hub. The successful supplier will possess the requisite skills, systems, and organisational infrastructure to deliver services which respond to the specifications outlined in the ITO. It will also be required to ensure continuity of service delivery at the Hub as part of any transition in activities.

Briefing session:

The department will hold a briefing session at 12.30pm-1.30pm on Friday 13 October 2023 in the Innovation Space at Toowoomba and South West Housing Service Centre in Bell Street Mall, 10 Russell Street in Toowoomba. It is not mandatory for suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.

It is a mandatory requirement that suppliers complete the following:

• Ethical Supplier Threshold form and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule).
• Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2023 Supplier formal declaration (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule) and warrant that they comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct.
