Description
The Department owns and manages a dedicated Enforcement Communication System, which includes geographically dispersed Enforcement Communication Infrastructure that provides the Australian Border Force (ABF) access to secure communications during operational activities in airports, seaports and within other areas in Australia.
The Enforcement Communication System must be maintained to ensure it provides a high level of operational availability to enable the ABF to protect Australia’s border and enable legitimate travel and trade. This is achieved through preventative measures, monitoring solutions and responsiveness processes and practices.
The Successful Tenderer is required to provide goods and services to ensure the Enforcement Communications System is operating at optimal performance.
The Successful Tenderer is to deliver on requirements by providing suitably skilled and qualified Supplier Personnel in fields of ICT networking, radio frequency engineering, cabling, on site technicians, riggers, project management, helpdesk administration, coordinators and others fields relevant to the Requirement.
