Provision of Prospector On-Train and Ancillary Services

1. Transwa, a Division of the Public Transport Authority seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider for on-train passenger service attendants for the Prospector train service between East Perth Terminal and Kalgoorlie and Ancillary services at Merredin Station.

1.1 The objectives of the Prospector On-Train services include:

• to provide quality hospitality staff, meals and refreshments;
• to provide assistance with luggage as required;
• to attend Transwa passengers in a courteous and professional manner including assisting with embarking and disembarking as necessary;
• promote Transwa passenger services and image with a seamless presentation; ensure collection of appropriate fares; and
• ensure efficient and safe operations.

1.2. In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and keep Public Transport Authority (Transwa) stations in a serviceable condition Transwa is seeking the services of a Contractor to undertake cleaning and ancillary services at the Merredin Station facility.
