Child Sexual Abuse Therapeutic Service - Goldfields

Consistent with the intent of the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy 2018, the Children and Community Services Ministerial Body, through the Department of Communities (the State Party, also referred to as Communities), purchases services from not-for-profit organisations and Local Government Authorities to support the achievement of its community outcomes.

Communities is seeking responses from suitable Respondents to provide a Child Sexual Abuse Therapeutic Service in Kalgoorlie and surrounding communities.

Child Sexual Abuse Therapeutic Services provide healing, support, counselling and therapeutic responses to children and young people and their families affected by child sexual abuse, people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and children and/or young people who are responsible for, or at risk of, sexually abusing other children.

Services assist children and young people to recover from harmful impacts of child sexual abuse, and assist families and communities to support children and young people in the healing process.
