The engagemment of a suitably experienced and qualified Consultant or Consultancy firm to undertake a comprehensive study and provide specialised advice by the way of a full financial feasibility study into the development and construction of convention center facilities in Hobart to cater for a minimum of five hundred (500) guest and up to a maximum of two thousand five hundred (2500) guest facility that includes exhibition space.
