BMW0563017 Provision of Electronics Services for the Perth Metropolitan and Peel Regions - Low Value Maintenance Panel Supplement (BMW11516130)

The Department of Finance’s Building Management and Works (BMW) facilitates the delivery of maintenance services on non-residential buildings owned by the State Government, including (but not limited to) schools, police stations and office accommodation.

Currently, BMW procures maintenance services through the Low Value Maintenance Panel (LVMP) for the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions (established in July 2014).

BMW is seeking to supplement the LVMP Electronics services Trade Category with the requirement for a panel of qualified and experienced contractors to provide Intruder Alarm System and Closed-Circuit-Television (CCTV) breakdown repair services, as well as the provision of Intruder Alarm Systems replacements and upgrades on an as required basis.

The Panel Arrangement will generally involve individual work valued at less than $250,000 (including GST) and typically below $1,500.

The LVMP Electronics services Trade Category is being supplemented to accommodate schools in the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions.

Additional Electronics Services Trade Category contractors are required to supplement the existing panel, which is the purpose of this Request.
