West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for Interior and Exterior Painting of Various Buildings at THe Park - Centre for Mental Health, Wacol.It includes but is not limited to preparation of all specified surfaces for paint and the application of a three coat system of paint.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Ceilings
- Plasterboard Walls
- Window Sills
- Skirtings
- Doors & Frames
- Soffits
- FC Sheeting
- Awnings
- Cladding
- Timber Beams/Posts
- Handrails
- Timber Fence
- Security grille, hinges and fixings
- Re-Putty windows
- Ensure all glass is firmly secured – rattling windows due to putty shrinkage will not be accepted as complete.
- All cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged glass panels shall be replaced, puttied and back puttied into place.
It does not include Pre Finished Surfaces, Flooring, Unpainted Surfaces, Gutter & Fascia, Bricks
