SCOPE
2.1 QR Requirements
1. Determine a fair value of Queensland Rail’s SEQ Telecom Network & Non-System asset types based on replacement cost in 2017. This being the Specific Appraisal in year 1 of a 5 year revaluation program.
2. To provide the provision of Annual Indexation Rates, as at 31 March of the respective year, for SEQ Telecom Network & Non-System assets types by way of:
a. Provision of an Indexation Reports in Year 2 and 3 (i.e. 2018 and 2019) for all SEQ Telecom Network & Non-System Assets types.
b. Provision of an Optional Indexation Reports in Year 4 and 5 (i.e. 2020 and 2021) if taken up by QR. The acceptance of this option to be advised by 31 March 2019.
