Organisations are invited to submit offers to deliver Community Based Intake and Referral Services in Queensland.
The key components of the Community Based Intake and Referral Services are:
- Information, assessment, advice and/or referral for support for vulnerable families, including advice to professionals and community members seeking assistance for children, young people and families.
- Active engagement and referral for support for vulnerable families.
- Lead a Local Level Alliance of government and non-government services within the defined local catchment.
